Refund Policy

All purchases are made on our secure (https) server and will appear on your credit card statement as Personal Growth and in United States Dollars.

Please note that we will not refund payment for any digital file that has been downloaded unless we can confirm that the files are corrupted from our servers or that the files are incompatible with your system and we are unable to provide a compatible version.

Status of downloads are determined automatically through our system. All downloads are given at least two (3) download attempts in a one day (24 hour) period before expiring.

Each time you attempt to download a program, the counter will decrease. Refund Policy our products are digital downloads so there are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS after successful payment and download, with the following two exceptions:

  1. Within 2 days of placing your digital download order through our online store, you may request a refund for any digital product (for example, .pdf for book format or mp3/mp4 for audio format) that has not yet been downloaded.
  2. While we make no representations or warranties that these digital products will meet with individual Purchaser tastes or expectations, if the product is found to be less than what you expected, you may apply for a refund.

Please note that credit card regulations only permit us to refund credit card purchases by crediting the card that was used to make the purchase. The credit to your card usually takes a few days to appear on your statement, and varies depending on your financial institution or how frequently you receive statements among other factors.

Please be advised that we will only process refunds within the 15-day from date of purchase refund period. The timestamp on the email will be used to validate a refund.
