Teens are mysterious, sassy, hormonal, stubborn, and sometimes loving kids. They are faced with so many different temptations today. Are you aware of the dangers our teens face today? From drugs to alcohol to bullying, and let’s not forget – self-mutilation, bulimia, anorexia, and dating abuse. Would you know if your teen was suffering emotionally and/or physically? Do you have an open communication policy in your home?
I want all parents to be informed of the dangers our teens face today. I wrote “The 4-1-1 on Surviving Teenhood” just for this reason. It is time we get back to family values and what is important – FAMILY. Parents need to be aware of the signs and symptoms to look for when dealing with the different situations. Don’t turn your head to those dangers and hope they go away.
Speak to your teen about everything. Use the active listening technique mentioned in the book. Our teens are our future. It is our responsibility to help mold that future. Get your copy today here.
